Select the smart plug’s energy consumption below 5W. Adjust this value slightly depending on your washing machine.
Steps
Add a Wait Step
Add a “Wait” step with a 2-minute delay to prevent fluctuations.
Add a "Send Notification" Step
Send a notification with the message: “🧺 Laundry`s Done!”
Stop Event
Use the smart plug’s energy consumption exceeding 5W as the stop event.
Final Overview
When your washing machine consumes less than 5W for at least two minutes, you’ll receive a notification. The 2-minute delay ensures brief power fluctuations, such as pauses during the cycle, are ignored, and the notification is only sent once the washing cycle is truly complete.
